However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return a product. 1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • Your request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product is in its original condition, unaltered, and with no signs of wear or damage.
  • You have proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

2. Custom Sticker Returns

2.1. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a custom sticker from Stickefy that is defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return shipping label, and upon receipt of the damaged item, we will either replace it or issue a refund, at your discretion.

2.2. Design or Printing Errors

If there is an error in the design or printing of your custom stickers that is our fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to correct the error by reprinting the stickers or providing a suitable resolution.

3. Non-Custom Sticker Returns

If you are not satisfied with non-custom sticker products you have purchased from Stickefy, you may return them within 7 days from the date of delivery. The following conditions apply:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt of the returned item and verification of its condition, Stickefy will issue a refund for the purchase price (excluding any shipping fees) to your original payment method.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return with Stickefy, please follow these steps:

  • Package the item securely, including the RA number, and send it to the address provided by our Customer Support team.
  • Keep a record of the tracking number for your return shipment.
  • Once Stickefy receives and inspects the returned item, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom stickers from Stickefy that do not have defects or errors caused by us.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or with signs of wear.
  • Items returned to Stickefy without a valid RA number.
